CRUNCHY OUTBACK STEAK WEDGES

These homemade outback steak wedges have the perfect amount of spice and hint of native Australian lemon myrtle to keep you coming back for more!

INGREDIENTS POTATOES EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL OUTBACK STEAK SEASONING

- Preheat oven to 200 deg C.
- Slice potatoes length ways into wedges. (slice each potato into 8 or 12 depending on the size of your potatoes).
- In a large bowl drizzle potato wedges with extra virgin olive oil and fold through with hands to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle oiled potatoes gernerously with Outback Steak Seasoning, and fold through with hands to coat evenly.
- Place bakining paper on oven tray and place wedges skin side down. This will help the edges crisp up nicely.
- Bake for approx 25 mins or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve as a snack or a side to any meal!
